We are a thriving two Partner accounting firm located in **Ascot Vale**, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service to our clients.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Partners you will hold end to end responsibility for the office support duties.
- Assist in Partner invoicing
- Billing
- Debtor management
- Document management
- Greeting clients
- Ongoing management of databases
- On-boarding of new clients, including all required correspondence
- Office supplies management (paper, stationery etc)
- Processing bank deposits and reconciliation of EFTPOS payments
- End-to-end Workflow management (from checking in work, work allocation, collation of completed documents and invoicing)
- Monitor practice Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & ATO compliance management ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaising with Australian Taxation Office, banks, and other government agencies
- Prepare, lodge and manage all ASIC compliance obligations for the team
- Coordinate team training and internal functions, including social events and team-building activities.
- Attend to entity set-ups, including government registrations and structuring
- Assistance in maintaining internal records such as staff procedures and intranet
- Providing support to staff and Partners as needed

**What you will bring to the role**
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- An ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a team environment and independently, show initiative and meet deadlines.
- Able to adapt to change quickly and problem solve.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.

**In addition, the following will be highly regarded**
- Experience in an Accounting Firm,
- Xero and Xero Practice Manager experience.
- Corporate secretarial experience using BGL CAS360
- Bookkeeping and BAS preparation experience

**P.S**

This position is not for an accounting graduate.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
