**The organisation**:
MJR Airconditioning are specialists in commercial air conditioning and mechanical services and provide the highest quality in service, from project inception to design and engineering, through to installation and maintenance.

Based in Hallam, they are seeking a full-time office administrator to join their team and support the office manager in fortnightly payroll through MYOB and scheduling 3 technicians amongst other administrative tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Payroll using MYOB for 25 staff (fortnightly)
- Handing service calls & general enquiries
- Daily scheduling for Service Technicians (3)
- Invoicing / accounts payable and receivable and Preparing quotes
- Materials & parts ordering
- Project administration including collating of documentation and all OH&S and project manual administration.

**About you**:
You will be self-motivated / friendly, and a team player that is looking for longevity within a great team. You have a high level of attention to detail ideally within the construction/trades industry with scheduling experience (advantageous but not essential). You have had experience running a full payroll for a small business and some exposure to site and travel allowances, be well versed within the MS office suite and administration support is second nature to you
