**Your new company**
Located in the Inner Southwestern suburbs, your new company are a privately owned business who provide quality healthcare products and expert advice to the Aged Care, Hospital and NDIS markets. Due to the rapid growth in the market, they are looking to expand their team and seek a full time Front Desk Administrator.

**Your new role**
Your new position as Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:

- Answer incoming calls in professional manner
- Direct calls accordingly or be able to take detailed messages
- Maintain showroom presentation
- Process quotes and orders
- Data Entry & Maintain inventory stock
- Assist the sales team with stock and enquiries
- General Administration assistance as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
This growing business are a small team who pride themselves on providing compassion and care to their clients. In order to be successful in this role, you must have excellent and clear communication to assist a broad range of customers which include the Aged and Vulnerable. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:

- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- A friendly and highly professional manner
- An understanding on Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi task & prioritise workflow
- Team player attitude
- Must have current Police Check
