Marketing Automation Specialist

Position title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Reports to: Global CRM Lead

Company Overview

The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, Philippines, and Bahamas.

The Marketing team is responsible for growing brand awareness, running effective performance marketing activity, and delivering automated CRM programmes to improve client retention. The team also works collaboratively with the Sales, Partnership and IT teams to continually deliver improvements in client and partner experience and to also provide team members with a great knowledge base of the company and the broader financial services industry.

Purpose of the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation within the CRM system.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimise CRM activity.
- Role modelling the values of the Company, and obliging by the work, health, safety and wellbeing policies and practices in the execution of this role.

Selection criteria

Essential:

- 2+ years' experience building and executing marketing automation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience building complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Studio and Mobile Studio.
- Experience and knowledge using HTML, SQL and Ampscript.
- Proven experience in CRM or customer lifecycle management, ideally within the capital markets / FX industry.
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance within the financial services industry.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work with team members in multiple locations and cultures.
- Ability to work closely with Salesforce administrators and database engineers.
