Our Safety Officer's partner with Bingo's operational team and wider business with the implementation and management of our ‘ZERO HARM' safety culture. Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for providing support in all Work, Health & Safety (WHS) components, Safe Management Systems, Return to Work, Worker's Compensation and our ZERO HARM rules. Graduates are encouraged to apply.

**The role**:

- Eastern Creek base with travel between Sydney metorpolitan sites as required.
- Work together with leaders to develop an understanding for addressing and providing solutions to safety issues.
- Conduct rigorous WHS audits and regular inspections to ensure continued compliance, proper control measures are in place and to support continuous improvement in the safety culture.
- Work with all Bingo stakeholders, including GOgetters, contractors, visitors, and the public, to provide guidance on Bingo's safety requirements and expectations.
- Assist with risk management processes, incident management and investigations.
- Manage with the wider Safety team, Bingo's incident management system INTELEX.
- Assist with the facilitation of drug and alcohol testing.
- BINGO's Return to Work and Rehabilitation programs including the development of suitable duties program
- Facilitate and deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety forums

- Relevant qualifications in the safety field are highly desired

- Ability to analyse and interpret safety data
- Blue collar industry experience highly regarded
