**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Product Presentations and Sales Consultations
- Prospecting New Business / Business Development Activities
- Completing Take Offs and Preparing Quotations and Regular Follow Ups
- Sales Order Recording and Administration
- Visiting Constructions Sites on a Regular Basis
- Achieve a Sales Budget
- Completing Weekly Sales Reporting and Regular Communication with the Sales Manager
- Attendance at Regular Meetings and providing Constructive Input and Ideas
- Some Saturday work may be required as our showrooms operate 6 days a week
You will be a hungry and dedicated Sales Professional with **proven experience**. You should be a **motivated and positive** individual with an **aptitude for understanding technical products** and good communication skills. You will be a high **achieving and driven** person, a team player who can adapt to your environment. - This role would also suit an experienced tradesperson who wants to come off the tools whilst still wanting to remain in the building industry._
**Skills and Experience required**:
- Be sales focused with a high level of attention to detail
- Possess excellent technical aptitude
- A passion for sales within the building industry
- Highly organised with great people skills
- Not afraid to pick up the phone, approach customers and go the extra mile
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
