Immediate requirement for an experienced Administration Officer to join our client at their Henderson headquarters. Our client is a leading specialist service provider that delivers technical solutions with a global footprint. The role involves supporting the procurement team so any experience in a similar role will be highly regarded but not essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplier records, compliance documentation and relevant databases
- Inputting of Purchase Orders (Training provided)
- Follow all aspects of compliance.
- Liaising with and forming strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and employees
- General day to day administrative tasks covering procurement and buyers
- Support staff and suppliers as required
- Assisting with resolution of supplier and finance departments

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work across multiple departments and multitask.
