Our client is a highly reputable business reshaping the way that the industry delivers customer service to its clients.
Due to growth within the business, they are seeking an experienced individual within the Strata industry to join their team in their Richmond office.
**_In the role of Strata Manager you will be responsible for:_**
- Taking over a well-maintained strata portfolio
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Managing correspondence via phone and written communication
- Providing advice based on current legislation
- Dispute resolution
- Managing maintenance and projects
- Budgets and forecasting
- Contract management
- Preparing meeting agendas, chairing committee meetings and recording meeting minutes
