**Our client**:
Our client is an established strata management company who have been in operation for over 15 years. Through ethical and viable management solutions, they are now a preferred strata management company of New South Wales.

With a growing team of over 40 employees, our client aims to share their passion for strata through their people and they continue to successfully drive the growth of individuals to achieve career goals and fulfillment.

**The role**:
You will be responsible for:

- Assist the strata manager in their functions as requested
- Provide completed insurance claim forms to be lodged by the insurance manager and process requests from the insurer/broker
- Enter invoices and provide reports as required
- Maintain records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Provide word processing support as required, including preparation of submissions, reports, papers, letters, general office correspondence
- Assist with back up to Reception - take messages, meet clients and provide general assistance with receiving and relaying incoming calls
- General office support including arranging of appointments, assistance with meetings; general clerical work - filing, copying, mail, couriers
- Assist with office projects from time to time - providing administrative and clerical support, research support and support with presentations and report writing
- Assist with answering general queries
- Issue work orders and keys on request and follow up contractors as required
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes

**About you**:

- Minimum 2+ Years in a Strata Management position
- Valid certificates and relevant licenses
- Upto date knowledge of the strata industry and relative legislation

You will have proven success in providing a high level of customer service and dispute resolution as well as an understanding of the principles of strata management. Working in a busy environment, you will also have experience working with multiple competing deadlines.
