They are currently seeking a **HR Assistant** to join their dynamic team based in their new office in **Gregory Hills** working Monday to Friday.

**About the Role and your Responsibilities**:
As the HR Assistant, you'll be instrumental in nurturing the organisation’s culture and providing essential support to their 200+ member team. Your foremost objective will be to create and execute HR processes seamlessly across the organisation, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Reporting to the HR Team Lead and working closely with the HR team, some of your roles and responsibilities will include:

- Build rapport quickly and effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Assist with the assessment of companywide staffing and training requirements.
- Updating and maintaining Policies & Procedures, particularly in response to the evolving Landscape of the NDIS
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff including pre-employment checks, managing contracts, training modules, inductions, compliance, coordinating benefits and adhoc reporting as well as process termination.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of all policies and procedures related to human resources.
- Provide monthly reports to the supervisor as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in HR Administration, preferably within the community services sector.
- Familiarity with relevant government awards (SCHADS) is desirable, but not essential
- Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including crafting engaging job advertisements and utilising modern interview techniques.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to multitask and meeting challenging deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Full working rights in Australia
