Key Accountabilities:

- Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations by providing HR advice, direction and consultation to the stakeholders
- Work on the roll out of strategic HR plans for the Sydney office
- Assist in the cyclical performance and remuneration review processes
- Oversee the end to end recruitment process, support managers with on-boarding and probation requirements.
- Assist with graduate and summer clerk programs
- Create and execute HR policies and procedures
- Partner with the senior advisors and partners across all areas of HR including administration, learning and development plans, change management and HR project management.

Key Requirements:

- Experience within a similar role and environment.
- Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills.
- Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency using Google Suit and HRIS.
