inquiriesinquirieshigh-qualityA fantastic opportunity exists for a dynamic Customer Service/Administration Assistant to join this reputable machinery company. Our company is an importer and reseller of construction, agriculture machinery and equipment.
You will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and administration support to customers and general enquiries.
- Providing exceptional support to customers over the phone regarding product enquiries.
- Ensure effective administration functions including new client setup into the system, processing of orders, entering sales orders and purchase orders.
- Generating freight quotes and booking freight from online portals from major road transport companies.
- Monitor customer orders, including keeping customers updated on orders.
- Ensure finance functions are completed accurately and on time, including the handling of petty cash, stock ordering and issue of credits, banking and processing of credit card payments.
- Maintaining customer database with all relevant and updated information.
- Processing customer orders ensuring accuracy at all times.
- General administration function such as filing, photocopying, scanning and mail.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Working closely with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
- Booking international sea freight and aliasing with customs brokers.
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following attributes.
- Previous experience within customer service/relationship management role.
- The ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Intermediated computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
**Summary of role requirements**:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Work visa can be provided for this role
- Casual / Working up to Permenant Position.
