The company
They are a leading Telstra Enterprise Partner with over 15 years of experience in providing mobility and IT services to our customers. Our business operations are expanding, and we are looking for an organised and proactive person to join our team as an Enterprise Mobility helpdesk Support.

The Role:
As an Enterprise Mobility helpdesk Support, you will be responsible for providing support to our customer portfolios and working closely with Account Executives to manage Telstra Enterprise clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Telstra Business Mobile helpdesk support Specialist. This role is suitable for both fresh and experienced individuals who possess a passion for telecom and mobile technology.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing technical support and consultation to clients for Telstra business mobile products and services
- Assisting clients with telecom expense management, billing, and invoicing
- Extracting and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel
- Organising and multitasking in a dynamic work environment
- Managing databases

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Telstra business mobile products
- Demonstrated experience with telecom expense management
- Experience with data extraction and manipulation using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Good computer skills, database management

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
