Customer Service Specialist

Minchinbury, Australia F4PS Full time

This role joins a small team at the out Client's new Minchinbury site to support the NSW Operations Coordinator service the local customer based and also support the wider business customer service team based in Melbourne.

What does a typical day look like:

- Process customer orders accurately and promptly using the order management system (INFOR - check it out if you don't know it).
- Verify order information for accuracy including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
- Assist in the coordination and follow up of Freight to ensure goods are delivered on time.
- Support Warehouse activities for Inventory movements and returns.
- Assist with the coordination of intra state shipments with head office and other warehouse locations.
- Work with the internal team to resolve order discrepancies or special requirements.
- Manage office and warehouse consumables ordering.
- Provide phone team back up when required.

**Essential**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in order management systems, preferably Infor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer excellence.
- Familiarity with office administration tasks.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in logistics management
- Experience interacting with construction industry customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
