An exciting opportunity for a Specialist to join the HR Systems Administration team has become available within the National IT department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. **This is an 18-month fixed term contract**.

As a HR Systems Specialist, your primary objective is to ensure our HR systems are optimally supporting our business at all times. Along with providing day to day support, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the development, deployment and ongoing support of National IT & HR initiatives.

**What does the role look like?**
- Develop and maintain system documentation including system change request register and administrator reference guides
- Collaborate with the business to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements
- Support key stakeholders by and facilitating the system aspects of their projects
- Work closely with vendors to raise tickets, negotiate changes and conduct thorough testing, ensuring seamless integration of requested alternations
- Coordinate and support system upgrades including end to end regression testing and UAT management
- Deliver training and support for relevant business users on any new features.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and providers

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Genuine career interest in HR Systems and HR Processes
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and providers
- Able to work flexibly and comfortable attending Microsoft Teams video calls outside of standard business hours

This role reports into the Executive Manager - IT.
