Due to the continued growth, we are recruiting for an Account Executive to join their experienced team. Our client is a successful Insurance Brokerage, located in Brisbane City, and is seeking an established broking professional to manage a portfolio and continue to build upon the existing success of the business.

**Who you will be working with?**

You will be part of a team of over 10 broking staff, at different stages of their careers, who are all passionate about the industry and continually strive to provide the right service, support, and products to their clients. Our client works with clients spanning amost all industries and has acecss to the full product suite of policies.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Utilise your broking expertise to successfully manage a mixed commercial portfolio
- Provide risk management support to clients
- Achieve growth of the portfolio through new bsiness initiatives
- Maintain industry/market knowledge
- Provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers
- Manage communications between all stakeholders - client, brokers and underwriters
- Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Ccommercial broking experience
- Confident managing a commercial portfolio of mixed clientele and products
- Ability to provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers, personable, proactive and customer focused
- Diploma of Broking or Tier 1 qualification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
