The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. **About the Role**
This role operates within the Family Violence Practice and Operations unit in the Family Violence Division, which is responsible for the implementation of the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework and Information Sharing Schemes (MARAMIS) within the MCV.
Reporting to the Manager, Information Sharing the role responds to requests from Information Sharing Entities prescribed under the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) on behalf of court registries. The role provides expert advice to court staff on the information sharing schemes, and uses specialist knowledge to assess and respond to requests in a fast-paced, high demand environment.
**About You**
You will have a passion for improving the outcomes for adults and children experiencing family violence, as well as sound knowledge of MARAM and the Information Sharing Schemes. Knowledge of court processes is an advantage but not required. Relevant qualification in family violence or another field will be highly regarded.
