**About the role**
**The responsibilities**
Reporting through to the Payroll Compliance Lead, your role will include the following duties:
- Supporting a Payroll Manager & Payroll Compliance Lead
- Ensuring the organization is fully compliant with all regulatory and organizational compliance related to payroll such as Taxation, Leave, Superannuation, Income Protection, et al
- Driving key process improvements and efficiency for the division
- Executive stakeholder management
- Payroll reporting and analysis
- Other ad hoc duties as they arise within the position
**The successful applicant will have**
- Proven leadership experience managing a payroll team or in a similar payroll compliance role
- Long term end to end payroll experience
- Outstanding customer service and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading change within a payroll environment
- A strong team orientated approach

Our client is a well-known ASX listed organization and a leader in their industry. Due to growth, they are seeking to add a Payroll Compliance Officer in an initial 6-month contract with possibility to extend.
