**Position: Sales Administrator**

**Location: Based in Richmond**

**Salary: $90,000 per annum + superannuation**

**Working Arrangement: 1 day per week working from home**

**Role Overview**: As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end sales process with your primary focus on managing their client's experience from sales received to sales accepted

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing support in creating H&L packages
- Liaise with the sales team, customers, and operations to ensure smooth handover and communication at every stage.
- Utilize ClickHome software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer information, and project details.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with customer queries and concerns, providing excellent service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements, optimizing sales administration procedures for maximum efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration within the real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ClickHome software is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with residential development processes will be advantageous.
