**The Role**
You'll likely have a good idea of the role and duties of a Finishes Foreman already. But to be clear; you will be responsible for pushing the project over the finish line, ensuring the quality of the build is delivered to acceptable levels. In addition, you will need to ensure:
- Projects are delivered within existing HSE systems
- Management and coordination of subcontractors
- Work closely with the Senior Site Manager to resolve issues
- Liaise with suppliers of plant and materials
- Short term programming of works

**Are you suitable?**
This is a specialist role within a specialist builder. To be considered suitable you will need to have the following experiences:
- Experience working as a Leading Hand Carpenter; Or, currently be a Finishes Foreman
- Experience managing and leading teams of tradesmen
- Have a can-do, positive attitude
- Driven and motivated
