**The Role**

You'll likely have a good idea of the role and duties of a Foreman already. But to be clear; you will be responsible for pushing the project from commencement, ensuring the quality of the build is delivered to acceptable levels. In addition, you will need to ensure:

- Projects are delivered within existing HSE systems
- Management and coordination of subcontractors
- Driving the programming of works and ensuring build scheduling is delivered
- Liaise with suppliers of plant, labour and materials
- Short term programming of works

One of Victoria's most well-known building institutions, with over $400M of projects under construction, they deliver a variety of projects across the government and institutional building markets, and currently seek a Foreman to work on a large Education project (c $40M).

**Are you suitable?**

This is a specialist role within a specialist builder. To be considered suitable you will need to have the following experiences:

- Experience working as a Foreman or Supervisor within the Tier 2 space for a reputable builder, or
- Working as a Site Manager in the Tier 3 (or fit-out) space and looking to step into the tier 2 space
- Experiences working on commercial construction projects is a must
- Experience managing and leading teams of tradesmen
- Have a can-do, positive attitude
- Driven and motivated
