About the Role

Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd Mobile Crane Division is seeking an experienced National Service Manager for our Australia and New Zealand operations, based out of our Sydney branch in Erskine Park. Reporting through to the Divisional Manager, you will lead an experienced and dynamic team delivering high quality customer service support the branches managing the day-to-day service and parts operations nationally whilst identifying opportunities for further growth.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a leading Global OEM and best suited to an individual with extensive experience in the industry that is both motivated and customer focused.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver the strategic goals for Service and Parts operations
- Provide leadership and direction enabling the Branch Operations Team to achieve its strategic and operational objectives
- Profit and loss responsibility
- Maintain and develop capability that supports effective delivery of service
- Establish and maintain long standing relationships with new and existing customers
- Plan, implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain implemented safety standards and ongoing safety culture
- Coach and develop Service Team.

**About You**:

- Experience in a service management role within the Construction Equipment or Crane industry
- Technical knowledge of Cranes or similar
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline, with a focus on management or leadership will be highly regarded.
- Capable in creating a sense of partnership and forging strong relationships
- Ability to manage departmental P&L’s, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity
- Good communication and negotiation skills
