We are looking to bring in a Returns Coordinator into our Logistics department who will be responsible for receiving and processing all B2B & B2C returns from the Pacific Region.

This role will require strong customer service skills and have a strong eye for detail.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Receive & process all returns for the Pacific Region from B2B & B2C & ensure the accuracy of item codes & quantities returned
- Review & approve quality & return reasons for returned stock & identify any suspected fraudulent returns
- Identify quality "A" vs quality "B" stock & sort into remelt metal categories
- Process returns using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Report on weekly returns analytics, trends or risks
- Monitor AusPost Returns Portal & update when required
- Manage & update process flows for all types of returns
- Monitor Pandora B2B Portal & Pandora Connect Portal. Communicate upcoming deadlines, answer store queries
- Liaise with the warehouse to organise Inventory transfers of returning stock
- Create AD-HOC "Set Returns" for specific returns, eg: Limited Edition items & Aged Stock returns
- Create "Set Returns" for PWP (product with purchase) items twice a year
- Coordinate packing & shipping of "Remelt" & "bulk return to DC" shipments. Create required Commercial Invoices, run validation & communicate with the global team for approval
- Work closely with our local Pacific Supply Chain department

**Pivotal and professional qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain / Warehousing / Logistics role or similar
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a strong focus on Excel
- Excellent written communication skills to communicate with all stakeholders within the business network
- Strong attention to detail & ability to perform quality checks on returned stock
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating Excel reports
- Ability to work independently & within a small team & manage multiple priorities
