**Supply Chain Generalist (6 month contract)**

As our Supply Chain Generalist, you will support Pandora across the Australian & New Zealand markets within our high-performing Supply Chain team. Supporting the various Supply Chain channels, including project coordination, store support, freight management, inventory management, returns processing, and reporting. The Supply Chain Generalist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the team's overall success and performance. A good understanding of the Supply Chain team enables the Generalist to identify inefficiencies and proactively step in to assist when needed.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Collaborate on projects including reporting, presenting, development testing and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Identify and rectify inefficiencies within departmental processes
- Support in reporting for internal channels
- Liaise between departments to ensure alignment with supply chain goals
- Manage jewellery samples from receipt in shipment, reconciling inventory and processing purchase orders

**Pivotal and professional qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar supply chain generalist role
- Understanding of Microsoft suite and BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of adaptability as well as organizational skills
