We are currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative** who excels in communication, scheduling, and multitasking to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and schedule jobs, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Efficiently manage changes to schedules, including rescheduling and updating customers promptly.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly, escalating issues as needed.
- Collect and document customer feedback on services, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

**About You**:

- You have a natural talent for communication, able to express yourself clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- You're patient, empathetic, and genuinely enjoy helping others solve their problems.
- You're highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks while staying on top of details.
- You adapt well to change and can manage shifting schedules and priorities with ease.
- You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently when needed.
- You bring a positive attitude to work every day and stay calm under pressure.
- Ideally, you have experience in customer service or a similar role, but most importantly, you're eager to learn and grow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a scheduling or administrative capacity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak Mandarin helpful
