**About this opportunity**

We are looking for an inspiring design and production coordinator who is passionate about maintaining strong brand image and quality production standards. Reporting to the Team Manager, Brand & Production, a typical week in this role might look like:

- Coordinating the design and production workflow of print, digital and campaign outputs
- Taking briefs from and liaising with internal clients and stakeholders regarding design requests
- Monitoring the quality of design and printed and digital materials in accordance with brand guidelines
- Collaborating with and ensuring alignment with government stakeholders regarding brand, design and production requirements for all passenger information
- Providing support to and developing marketing, partnership and sponsorship outputs

**About you**

Ideally you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Studio Management, Publishing, Communications, Marketing (or related discipline) or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience coordinating/managing design and production projects and tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to proactively resolve issues
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
- Exceptional attention to detail including proofreading.
