**About the organisation**

Parks Victoria works in partnership with Traditional Owners, government and non-government organisations, park neighbours, friends' groups and the broader community to manage an expanding and diverse estate covering nearly 20 per cent of the State of Victoria and 70 per cent of its coastline. The organisation manages parks, reserves, waterways and other public land including a representative system of terrestrial and marine national parks and marine sanctuaries.

**About the role**

As the Program Enablement Coordinator for Capital Projects, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting the Infrastructure Capital Projects directorate through the Portfolio, Program and Project Management (P3M) processes. You will oversee project management systems as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of project management principles and experience in public sector construction to collaborate closely with project teams and ensure they have the necessary guidance, support, and understanding of Parks Victoria's project management processes and systems.

**To be successful for this role you will need**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent and/or experience and proven ability in a similar field.
- Extensive experience in the management of project management systems and frameworks
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguous problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, train and support users at various levels.
