**The Role**
The Business Manager plays a key role within Military Strategic Commitments (MSC). This position is accountable to the MSC Chief of Staff.
Key duties of the role include:
- Support a broad range of internal business activities such as procurement, reporting, finance processing, governance, briefings, recruitment and workforce planning
- Knowledge of and compliance with legislative, financial and administrative frameworks, government decision-making processes and agency guidelines and regulations.
- Provide expert advice on minor and complex problem issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with a level of independence, under broad direction and with a concurrent need to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
