**The Opportunity**

Unique opportunity for an experienced HR generalist and/or recruiter to help position Forever New as an employer of choice in a busy retail landscape. You will provide high quality and on time recruitment support and solutions to our global retail markets. This combined with your excellent stakeholder management skills and out of the box and innovative thinking, generalist human resources experience makes this is a rare and exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end to end recruitment process across a retail
- Conduct telephone screens and lead competency based interviews
- Complete and provide recommendations on reference checks
- General recruitment administration and reporting
- Execute employment correspondence including contracts, variation letters, and supporting documentation for new (where applicable) and existing team members, as and when required (including parental leave, hours variations, secondments, significant date revisions)
- Create and maintain electronic employee files ensuring all information is filed accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage the voluntary termination process for all exiting team members including the collation of correspondence, distribution of notifications, and issuing/conducting of exit interview surveys/exit survey reporting
- Support the implementation of HR calendar activities (including performance/salary review processes and engagement survey), and related administrative activities
- Support with performance management discussions as required
- Provide additional HR administration, HR guidance and HR process coordination as required

**Key Experience**
- Ability to work under pressure, working to tight deadlines
- Confident communicator
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role / Proven Recruitment experience (Interviews, screening, advertising)
- Experience in Retail (desirable, not essential)
- Proven HR administrative/first point HR Advisory support experience in a similar role
- Ability to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external contacts
- Creative, resourceful and pragmatic with a positive ‘can do’ and solution-focused attitude
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field - Business Management/Human Resources (essential)
- Sound knowledge in ATS systems, Page Up advantageous.
- Experience dealing in fast paced environments
- Ability to flex between strategic and transactional detail
