Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Ensuring that the base contract preventative statutory/routine maintenance is completed and compliant
- Attend client school/stations in the nominated times
- Maintain a safe work place at all times within client facilities
- Prevent the possibility of injury to school community
- Complete Site Specific Safety analysis
- Complete site safety checklists
- Plan and schedule own work to meet required timelines and outputs
- Follow policies and procedures as relevant to scope of role and general employment

Our client is the **largest** integrated facilities services provider throughout AUS & NZ. They are focused on putting their customers first, ALWAYS. Our client delivers more than 100 integrated facilities services for more than 1,000 customers across government, education, healthcare, aged care, large stadia, and entertainment venues.

- Facilities Management
- Security and Electronic Solutions
- Sustainability Services

Known for their large-scale service demand and asset performance, they continuously invest in developing innovations that provide efficient outcomes for their customers and ensure that they are supporting their customers in reducing their environmental footprint.

**Description**

On offer is a temporary assignment for four
- months at a rate of $37ph and the potential for the assignment to extend with the client. Great company culture and ability to progress within the business.

The Client Services Manager will manage and monitor the performance of all sub contractors and service teams to provide an efficient delivery of planned and responsive maintenance tasks.

They will ensure services are delivered smoothly and consistently across the contract and facilitate improvements to the contracted services. The Client Services Manager, in consultation with the client, will develop and implement a program for planned maintenance tasks.

- Drivers License
- Asbestos Awareness
- 5+ years previous work in the building industry (preferred but not essential)
- Qualified trades person/facilities coordination/project or construction management
- Experience with government contracts
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Experience with health & safety and quality systems
- Knowledge of relevant SafeWork NSW and WHS codes and regulations
- Knowledge of Australian Standards
- Knowledge of BCA requirements
