**Client Services Manager**

Work with a suite of SME's to support, consult and grow - our client is a leader in business offshoring and helping business owners grow and scale through high quality outsourcing and your role will be integral to the client success team.

Here at Big Wave Digital, we work with a range of business across digital, data and technology, including leading players in media, entertainment, financial services, retail and ecommerce, consulting and agency to help them build amazing teams.

Are you an Account Manager or Client Services Manager looking for a new role? Are you keen to work with SME's to help them grow and scale? Your clients would include businesses across professional services, technology, legal, ecommerce, construction and private equity. No two days will be the same

Our client provides exceptional solutions through outsourcing and offshore staffing solutions to deliver growth and help companies scale.

In this role, you'll work with the sales team to build out the communication and support the growth of your accounts with cross selling, upselling and be the on-shore escalation point. It's a great role for someone who loves to deliver top notch customer service - for your accounts you'll be the first port of call for any enquiries and issues, and be across all levels of the customer journey. With clients across Australia, UK and US, you'll be the face of the AU business.

**You'll get to do things like**:

- ensure customer success during onboarding
- provide insights into customer performance and recommend improvements
- manage all client requirements, analysing growth performance and reporting market trends
- developing client relationships for both retention and account growth
- ensuring client milestones are met
- work closely with the leadership team and stakeholders across the business
- support new business and prospecting with the Head of Growth
