- Office Based Role in Carlton

Successful applicants will be responsible for managing inboxes undertaking orders for all catering and uniforms, mail merging and putting through requests for building fobs and coding invoices.

Your role will include:

- Inbox management of the National Office inbox
- Ordering of any kitchen and/or stationary appliances
- Coordination of room bookings for the office
- Ordering of client clothing orders
- Mail distribution and management of staff pigeonholes (this does not include donations mail)
- Management of parcels
- Processing of Working With Children’s Checks
- Invoice coding
- Requesting of building fobs
- Management of all catering
- Business card requests

About You:

- Excellent organisational time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Training in both Office 365 and SharePoint Systems is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a same or similar role is highly desirable
