New Product Development Lead

The key aspects of your role will involve**:

- Proactively plan, manage, and coordinate resources to site product projects and ensure NPD and product changes are delivered on time and in full.
- Working with brewers and blenders ensuring all new equipment and process are implemented and all training is completed.
- Working with project teams to ensure successful introduction of new processes and equipment is seamless.
- Leading the development of business case for new product development.

**About You**

You are innovative and passionate about improving on the status quo and introduction of new products and processes, and love working with people to achieve desired project results. Prior FMCG sector and project management experience will contribute to your success in this role.

Additionally, you will:

- Hold a degree in science, engineering or a related field.
- Have demonstrated brewing or beverage manufacturing experience.
- Possess strong skills working within project management tools including Microsoft Project.
- Hold strong communications skills with the ability to build and maintain solid working relationships.
- Have well-developed change management skills.
- Possess solid knowledge of business operations including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) together with a strong working knowledge of ISO and HACCP principles.
