To be considered for this position you must have proven customer service experience, a passion for the industry and a strong commitment to delivering top quality service to our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Provide an excellent sales and service experience to all customers.
- Process orders and customer returns
- Have exceptional attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and be the ability to think outside the square.
- Be a team player with great communication skills.
- Be willing to learn and grow with the business.
- Be passionate, motivated, and organized.
- Possess good computer skills.
- Liaise with our onsite warehouse.
- Enjoy building long-lasting relationships with our B2C customers
- Passionate and positive attitude
- Experience in motorcycle industry, desirable
- Customer focus with a strong ability to build relationships
- Be reliable, punctual & passionate
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold a valid full Australian driver's license
- Excellent grammar and general written communication skills.
