**Job Description**:
Set amongst wide-open spaces of the NSW Hunter Valley, we are leaders in the health and wellness industry. The team at Elysia Wellness Retreat enjoy helping guests discover a new, transformative way to see life by balancing mind, body, and spirit to achieve lifelong health and wellness.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Guest Service Agents** **to join our high performing professional team.

Looking for Full and Part time roles.

You will also be responsible for promoting and booking retreat packages and spa & wellness Treatments within the sales hub at Elysia Wellness Retreat.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
- The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Professional presentation essential
- Availability to work a variety of shifts on a full time basis, including weekends and public holidays
