An exciting opportunity is available to support a successful growing organisation. You will be a key contributor to the development of the Business through involvement in performance improvement projects and implementation of best practice initiatives across the team. This role will support the effective delivery of HR operations, meeting business needs supporting the HR delivery model and Company policy.
**Summary of Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing support to People Partners and the Manager to enable HR processes to be executed efficiently and effectively supporting the HR operating model.
- Support change management projects and communications for HR initiatives.
- Advise and support line managers on people/team management responsibilities and processes.
- Control of the entire Partner Resources administration and processes including data entry and maintenance of the HRIS.
- Responsible for on-going improvement for HR processes and the maintenance and organisation of shared HR drives, templates, sites.
- Assist with updating and maintaining all HR policies and procedures and support with research to create innovative ways of working.
- Take responsibility for the leaver process ensuring all processes are followed and exit interviews are completed.
- Acting as a note taker/advisor for grievance, disciplinary, appeal meetings, leader assimilations and any other relevant meetings.
- On-going creation and maintenance of all job descriptions.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Solid experience in a fast-paced HR environment
- Ability to be pragmatic and provide appropriate solutions in basic HR situations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate/advanced MS Office suite experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills including proven ability to prioritise work effectively
- Robust approach to work requiring attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to use initiative
- Knowledge of employment law would be an advantage
- An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the work environment
- Experience of using a database system to track information
- Able to act in a composed, customer always focused and professional approach
- HR related experience within a retail environment
- Degree qualified in a Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experience
