We are excited to share we are opening first company owned Optus Business Centre located out of our Macquarie Park Campus and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team.

**Purpose of the Role...**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set and manage activity KPIs for their direct reports whilst supporting the team of Lead Gen & Telephone Account Manager with effective campaigns for targeted prospecting
- Support an environment in which team members are continually provided with the opportunity to increase the skills required to perform at optimum levels in the role
- Set up a framework for a high performance, high reward culture through effective targets, and incentive structures
- Develop local marketing strategies to support sales team, and cultivate on brand awareness across the client group
