**Purpose of the role**

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales operations of the College. In particular, B2B and university sales activity by coordinating and setting appointments, developing sales collateral, coordinating travel and other activity, assisting with onboarding and any identified activity required to move leads through the sales pipeline.

**Key Accountabilities**

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for the following areas and key accountabilities:
**Sales and business development operational support**
- Assist the Director, Customer Engagement embed a College-wide sales and business development function
- Assist the Director of Customer Engagement or other team members with sales and pipeline reporting, forecast analysis and preparation of reporting
- Triage incoming B2B leads to the correct territory business development manager
- Assist BDMs and other team members with scheduling, appointments, travel and other preparation required for sales meetings

***Sales process & B2B Customer support**
- Document the sales processes and ensure sales plans and strategies are available across stakeholder groups
- Support the development of GTM plans
- Assist with the onboarding of B2B customer and with corporate subscription management, helping business development managers monitor and drive usage and retention

**Teamwork and Customer Experience**
- Be an active member of the team, contributing to team meetings and other team events
- Ensure high levels of customer service, meeting KPIs around service delivery
- Bring a continuous improvement mindset to the team, looking to always uplift the customer experience

**About you**

**Education/Qualifications**
- Two years’ work experience in a customer-facing or sales related role facing environment

**Experience, Skills and Attributes**
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, prioritise and execute multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Understanding the sales process
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to analysis data and provide insights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present to varied audiences
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative customer-focused solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of, or ability to acquire, knowledge of Salesforce, Canvas, ecommerce systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
