**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an experience Customer Accounting Officer to work within our Shared Services Team.

The main functions of the role are to ensure accurate billing of services provided, collection of outstanding debts, customer reconciliations and dispute management, preparation and distribution of monthly reports, processing credit notes and assisting with other administrative tasks.

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Disability Sector and exposure to various government funding arrangements including NDIA, contract management and service delivery KPI's. In addition you are great at problem solving and negotiating positive outcomes, resilient by nature, work effectively in team environment but also happy to work independently. You take pride in your work, detailed and outcome focused.
