Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes - large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. **Job Description**:
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Work with the Finance teams and B2B Marketing teams to develop tailored commercial propositions for key prospects, ensuring profitability and commercial viability
- Collaborate with the Sales teams to identify and size up new market opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features in the APAC region
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Afterpay's competitive landscape and market trends in the APAC region to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry
- Create dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics in the APAC region and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and special projects in the APAC region
- Work with Sales teams to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the APAC region
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and action in the APAC region
- Work closely with Sales Operations to manage data integrity of CRM and other internal technology systems.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry preferred
