The Neave Review set the College on a course and it now time to undertake a comprehensive review of our policies, practices and procedures to ensure Trinity continues to be a leading university student residential accommodation venue.

**About the Role and You**

The Policy Advisor will lead, with the Warden (CEO) and Dean of the Residential College, development of the next phase of the College’s program to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its Residential students, including but not limited to conducting research, preparing briefing papers, consulting with stakeholders, close liaison with members of the Senior Management Team, and independent consultation with external stakeholders, including but not limited to the alumni, University of Melbourne, and other colleges and residential accommodation providers.

To be considered for this role, with a tertiary qualification and experience, preferably (but not essential) in law, you will have demonstrated ability in developing policy and related documents, and implementing plans. You will bring with you your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to effectively consult and engage with a range of stakeholders which include students, management, and governing bodies.

**Contract type**:Fixed term position operating until 31 July 2024.

**Salary Range**: Band 4 FTE $120,000 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 11% superannuation.
