**The Role**:Digital Marketing Manager

**Location**:Sydney

**Position type**: Permanent
- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing leading a team, with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in managing staff, monitoring performance and workflow, and providing guidance and support.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse marketing metrics and adjust campaigns as needed.
- Detailed understanding of the principles of effective website design and knowledge of web analytics tools and content management systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for a B2C and B2B audience.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across several stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a team environment, as well as cross-functionally with teams including but not limited to, Future Students, Operations, and IT.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $145,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
