Our client is established as the leading brand in **luxury engineered oak and timber flooring, **with over 40 years of research and expertise from the finest mills. Their Architect and Artisan Collection includes 22 undulating shades of European Oak to suit any designs from calming coastal hues to rustic greys to rich dark tones. They have completed numerous large scale residential and commercial projects for top Architects, Interior Designers and Builders and are featured in some of the finest homes in Australia.If you have a passion for architecture & design, premium sales experience, and a strong network of industry contacts to generate, track and manage specifications, this could be the role for youAs the Specification Manager, you will be a key driver in the sales targets and growth strategies for the A&D market, influencing product selection, and identifying new business development opportunities.Using excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will confidently represent our clients' product range to industry professionals, prepare quotes, close sales, meet with end-users and provide after sales care.If you are self motivated, driven, well-presented and want to develop a career in the luxury architectural and design product space, we would love to hear from you**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively source new opportunities for the specification of products throughout Victoria, SA, WA & TAS
- Develop and maintain trusted business relationships with luxury residential architects and designers
- Build and manage a pipeline of projects/opportunities and secure product specifications
- Visit industry professionals to present premium product collections
- Manage an end-to-end sales process, from placing orders through to product allocation and delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met at each stage.
- Attend networking and industry events to help promote the brand.
**Skills & Experience**:
- 5+ years sales experience with building materials, fabrics, furniture, interior design, luxury goods or a premium brand environment
- Passion for architecture, interiors and design
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
- Likes being part of a small team, playing a critical role.
