Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service, is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying information and mapping. Spatial Services provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead and drive all aspects of partner engagement to enhance the brand and reputation of the organisation and its partners, including internal and external stakeholders at all levels, critical and emerging government agencies, vendors and other interested parties to enable the delivery of services in line with strategic objectives.
- Provide technical product and technology support necessary to allow partners access to innovation and other efficiency opportunities.
- Convene and lead partnership meetings to identify opportunities for collaboration and benefits realisation.
- Use data, research, and insights to ensure business planning incorporates relevant specialists to improve the quality of customer support through ongoing review of customer requirements, corporate service considerations, and that service delivery plans effectively support business outcomes.
- Collaborate with peers to lead the management of service provision and the delivery of fit for purpose solutions for the organisation, whilst supporting each other in a dynamic partnership team.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Excellent partnership and account relationship management skills with a desire to build strong partnerships and model the NSW Govt Customer Commitments.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders while ensuring service delivery meets business objectives.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a high-performing team, build capability in an environment experiencing rapid change, and lead with empathy and resilience.
- An innovative approach to customer and service delivery that embraces emerging trends including automation and technologies and engagement techniques.
- Applied understanding of complex information and use of Customer Relationship Management systems and platforms.
- Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude to work to tight deadlines across multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $134411 base + superannuation + leave loading + accrued flex leave + continuous professional development opportunities.
