THE ROLE

Duties will include:

- Deliver high quality and engaging sport programs, school engagement and social sport sessions
- Assist in the programming of Social Competitions, Social Sessions and other sporting events on campus.
- Handle customer complaints, escalate complaints to the Duty Manager or a senior staff member as required

About You

You are someone who is a passionate sports enthusiast who aims to deliver competitions for students and community members. You will provide a supportive, understanding and encouraging environment to increase member retention by being friendly, open and approachable to all customers and ensure new participants are welcomed into sport programs

Skills & experience required:

- Demonstrated ability to supervise sporting activity and ensure participants safety
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and complaints in a respectful and timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

This role requires current WWCC, First aid certificate with CPR. All applicants must have rights to work in Australia.
