We’re tSMN: a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps brands get results and grow.
Right now, we’re looking for a talented Admin / Marketer to join our core team. Your job will be to manage the Content Coordinators weekly work flow, Proof read, edit posts and check videos are to made to brief, work with clients to run through social media calendars across our software and spend an hour a two a day working on community management, responding to messages and comments on posts.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the Content Team
- Communicating with clients on promos
- Community management
- Making sure the content team knows what they are working on
- Quality control and providing feedback to the content team
- Adhoc tasks from clients / or making sure tasks are completed by the team
- Logging in team meetings and booking in photoshoots with clients
**Bonus points**:
- Strong understanding of social media
- Ability to make decisions
- Being able to work with a team
- Positive and bubbly attitude
- Drivers license (being able to meet clients with the Management team)

**Requirements**:
- Admin Experience is Essential
- A positive attitude and a knack for problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You must possess a keen eye for detail, have a strong track record of problem solving and the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to clients.
