Project Officer

Our Client is looking for a Project Officer to assist in the supporting project management activities, contributing to the development and delivery of a range of IT projects.
**Key Responsibilties**
- Provide project support to project and program managers, in the creation and maintenance of Confluence, Jira, and CAMMS project team spaces.
- Coordinate project and stakeholder meetings, risk and issues maintenance, reports, briefings, presentations, and ensures records management structures and processes are maintained
- Manages project artefacts, prepares project scopes and briefs
- Coordinate financial and procurement processes for the project team ensuring they are managed and maintained
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
**Key Skills**
- 3 + years Proven experience in a project delivery role
- Previous demonstrated project experience in a in a government setting
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
