TDC is seeking full time **Logistics Coordinator **to join our energetic, high performing Operations team. This role allows you to:

**What your work world will look like**:

- Ensure excellence in the efficient coordination of TDC’s Melbourne warehouse and logistics by working as part of the Operations Team.
- Provide support in planning resources to facilitate daily operations across transport, equipment, and crew.
- Manage the dispatch, QC, and return process of all inventory equipment in line with TDC equipment quality control procedures
- Work with the Operations Team to identify equipment shortages and plan equipment movement between TDC warehouses, sourcing equipment externally a required.
- Manage TDC's Melbourne vehicles, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Assist with the preparation, install, and deinstall of equipment, and lead crews, both onsite and in the warehouse, in line with the needs of the business, as required.
- Participate in TDC’s industry-leading technical training program.
- Working safely both in the warehouse and onsite.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Experience in the audio-visual industry at a technical or logístical level.
- An understanding of the industry and ability to accept changes to schedules.
- Ability to remain calm and polite during stressful situations whilst under pressure.
- Comfort working within small and distant teams, along with the self-motivation to work autonomously and manage own workload.
- Ability to take responsibility for tasks and deliver outcomes.
