About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Support professional to join our team at Hume Rd. As Admin Support for Freezers 10 & Freezers 11K, you will be responsible for operating materials handling equipment under licence, assisting with stock identification and location problems, and contributing to continuous improvement.

  • Operate various materials handling equipment under licence to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Assist in solving stock identification and location problems to minimize delays and optimize storage space.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate inventory control and preparing/reconciling reports on stock movements.
  • Managing drive hours on-site as per the CoR process.
  • Coordinating and confirming booking appointments with customers, carriers, and within operational capacity.
  • Ensuring all store administration tasks are complete, filed, and scanned for auditing purposes.
About You:

You will possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and ideally WMS. Your attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and ability to work well under pressure will make you a valuable asset to our team.
