**The Duties**:
Reporting through to the Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team towards exceeding company targets
- Oversee sales activities to ensure compliance and meet daily targets
- Uplift team engagement and create a positive working environment
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven sales team

**You**

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

- Minimum 2 years experience leading a team of phone based sales specialists
- Experience working within the financial services sector is advantageous
- Be an engaging and curious leader with a passion for people leadership
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and understanding the importance of bringing your team on the journey to delivering value to clients via a customer-centric approach
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions
